For a while we have had a few minor damp patches on the ceiling in our bathroom, so I mentioned them to the landlady to see if there was anything we could do as they were getting worse not better. On further inspection we discovered that there were issues with the vents crumbling around the chimney and a faulty extractor fan.
Having spoken to a few people this is going to be rather expensive to repair, it's times like this that make me appreciate living in a rental property, as it makes things a little easier when things go wrong especially when we get on really well with the landlord and lady.
