From one professional to another

I have recently been discharged by the spinal consultant I have been seeing for a few years now as he has decided that the problems with my spine are not within his area of expertise (the problem is not skeletal) so he has referred me to a neurologist.At the moment it is beginning to feel like am being pushed from pillar to post as each of the various specialists I see decides that the problem is not within their area of expertise and sends me onto another.

I wouldn't mind except this has been going on for years and at present am not really any closer to resolving the issues than I was when I started, which is somewhat depressing. As a result of not being able to gain any answers from the experts I have taken a new stance on the situation. I have accepted that this is me and am concentrating on living my life and making the most of it. Yes I do continue to see the specialists on the off chance that they are able to find out what is wrong with me but the rest of the time I try not to think about the problems and try to get on with my life rather than letting the health issues rule my life.
