Over the last few days, my concentration appears to have taken a holiday, all I feel like doing is sleeping but when I do sleep it's not exactly restful as I keep having nightmares. This is the last thing that I need right now as have a long list of stuff to do.
One theory that keeps cropping up is that I am stressed, well that maybe true but isn't everyone? Not so long ago my colleague had a similar issue (Finding the motivation). I am hoping that it's only a temporary thing and that things will improve...in the meantime I guess I will just have to keep plodding on as much as I can. The only other thing I will have to do bite my tongue a little because I am frustrated when I feel like this and can be a little snappy.
